Our inserts are designed to support STC integration within wider galley and cabin systems, enabling greater innovation, flexibility and brand differentiation, while enhancing service efficiency and elevating the passenger experience.
Beverage Maker
Designed to brew 1.5 litres of rich, flavoursome coffee to 88°C in under four minutes. Its flow-through heating system enables continuous operation with no recovery time, ideal for high-demand service. Patented light bar technology clearly displays the brewing status, while a separate hot water function avoids coffee contamination.
An optimised tray supports pillow packs from 50 to 90 grams, and continuous level sensing ensures compatibility with various jug types. Reliability is enhanced with valves located in cold water zones, and a thermos-insulated jug keeps beverages hot. The unit is available in both faucet and non-faucet models.
Induction Cooking Platform
With a variety of applications including pan, toaster and rice cooker – the Induction Cooking Platform (ICP) is the perfect tool for fresh cuisine on-board. The ICP allows for fast and simple in-flight cooking, enabling crew to prepare and serve outstanding dishes of the highest quality.
The ICP also includes an integrated fume hood and odour filter system, eliminating cooking smells and delivering a first class solution to meet the expectations of your first class customers.
Compact Microwave Oven
Faster defrosting and heating of foods and beverages is essential for streamlined in-flight service especially for first and premium class passengers.
Designed to provide a first class service in a relatively compact ARINC size 4 space in the galley, the microwave is based on a modular design for ease of maintenance and is able to provide regular and frequent hot meals and beverages on demand to discerning passengers.
Dishwasher
Designed specifically for speed, simplicity and in-flight use, it integrates seamlessly into standard galley tracks and connects to the aircraft’s water, waste, and vacuum systems.
To ensure complete leakage protection, the unit is fully enclosed and has been modified, qualified, and certified to meet strict safety standards. Operational both on the ground and in-flight, excluding taxi, take-off, and landing.
3-Mode Fridge/Freezer/Chiller
The 3-mode refrigerator features a lightweight composite structure with high-
performance foam for superior insulation. Internal conduction cooling ensures
even temperature, powered by a CFC-free vapour-compression cycle.
Easy to use, the control module offers pre-set temperatures and a boost cycle
for rapid cooling, with clear status shown on a large display.
