Repair Services

Ipeco’s responsibility does not end with the delivery of our products to the customer. With a proactive approach to fault-finding and corrective action, combined with continuous investment in spares stock, we aim to reduce both turnaround time and cost of ownership for every customer.

We repair and maintain Ipeco crew seats and electric galley inserts products through our global network of certified service centres, ensuring consistent quality, OEM-level expertise, and reliable service .

Technical Services

We provide support for all seating and galley insert products, including detailed responses to specific technical questions.

Technical documentation is provided in the form of Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and associated data sheets to enable operational safety, efficient maintenance and continued airworthiness.

Customer Training

We provide operator training in line with ATA 104 Level 5, meeting On-the-Job Training (OJT) requirements and provide practical, hands-on instruction that builds lasting technical capability.

Each course equips maintenance personnel, engineers, and technical teams with a deep understanding of Ipeco products covering operation, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair.

Delivered at our service centres in the UK, USA, Singapore and Beijing , or tailored for on-site instruction, our programmes are designed to minimise downtime while maximising skill retention across your organisation.
