Overview

The delivery of a best-in-class commitment to our customers is at the heart of our business. Our mission is to ensure a rapid response to all customer queries and the delivery of customer repairs, spares and technical information in a timely and acceptable manner. We operate around the globe 24/7 for AOG, spare parts distribution and in-service technical support and offer access to a much wider repair service network.

MRO services

Ipeco’s responsibility does not end with the delivery of our products to the customer. With a proactive approach to fault finding and corrective action, combined with continuous investment in spares stock, we aim to reduce both turn-around time and cost of ownership of our products to every customer.

Utilising a global network which includes Ipeco and partner facilities, our dedicated staff are able to provide an efficient and reliable repair service, approved to EASA and FAA requirements.

Spare parts

To avoid downtime costs, all customers, including airline operators and maintenance organisations rely upon successful spares support.

Key to success is effective planning combining known demands with predictions of uncertain customer needs for spares requirements. Efficient procurement and warehousing is essential to ensuring minimum cost and stock provisioning.

Customer training

To support our seating and galley insert products we provide Operator training, designed to meet the requirements of On the Job Training as detailed in ATA 104 Level 5. Initial training is provided FOC, subject to location and schedule which may be chargeable.

Training is undertaken at our UK, USA, Singapore and Beijing facilities or externally at a customer location, if the workshop is suitably equipped with the right product(s), appropriate power sources and hand tools that are to be available for use by the Ipeco trainer.

The training course is typically five working days and can be tailored to meet the requirements of the attendees. Certificates are issued on completion and refresher training is available at request.

Ipeco is also able to offer eLearning for products now entering into service. Whilst this does not replace hands-on training, this service does offer flexible learning through a series of self-paced online modules.
