Employment Policy

Ipeco has several HR policies and procedures that support the needs of the business and ensure that fair and reasonable processes are in place to deal with situations that may arise in the workplace. The policies and procedures are also provided to communicate to all employees how workplace matters will be managed. The purpose of our policy portfolio is to ensure there are appropriate procedures and protocols in place to reflect both good practice and any legal requirements. Policies are subject to change by the Company and the Company reserves the right to vary or amend policies and procedures at its discretion. Employees are notified of any amendments in writing or by e-mail at the appropriate time. Ipeco also expects its employees to maintain an acceptable standard of conduct and these requirements are normally outlined to new staff upon recruitment.
